The Auditorium

With the auditorium, the Kunsthaus can offer a well-appointed space of impressive size. Underneath layers of varnish that were discovered in the early stages of restoration, the wooden elements (gallery, dado and ceiling) sported a green glaze with decorative elements in red and blue.

This special room with a floorspace of 200 square metres and a ceiling height of seven metres serves as a venue for events in a variety of formats. They range from concerts to readings and theatrical performances to art presentations.

At the same time, the auditorium is a beautiful space for lectures, conferences, exchange of ideas, smaller receptions or student presentations. You are welcome to book the room for private occasions, public presentations or corporate events. If necessary, additional rooms are available at the Kunsthaus.
