The former Lyceum (and Pioneer House) has deep roots in the memories of many people in Salzwedel and surrounding area.

Thanks to donations, patronage, and sponsors such as Lotto-Toto GmbH Sachsen-Anhalt and Sparkasse Altmark, the Rotary and Lions service clubs, corporate and private donors and, last but not least, public funding on a federal, regional and municipal level, we were able to cover most of the total restoration cost for the building.

Since its opening in August 2015, the Kunsthaus has greatly enriched the cultural landscape of the region. With your donation, you support the work of the Kunsthaus Team as well as investments in necessary furnishings and equipment. You are welcome to make a dedicated donation for a specific purpose. If you have any further questions, the Kunsthaus Team will be happy to assist you. If you would like a donation receipt, please state your address when you transfer funds.
